accessories manufactured or sold by JamesB’s Chassis Services. The customer
accepts all risks involved with racing and or driving. All warranties on parts
are the manufacturer's warranties. The seller JamesB’s Chassis Services hereby
disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied
warranty on merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and JamesB’s
Chassis Services neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for
it any liability in connection with the sale of the part.
